Hi there
Scars following chicken pox tend to largely resolve in time
The resistant ones require a multi-pronged approach depending on the type of scarring.
Pigmentation can be dealt with creams or spot chemical peels.
Deeper scars may benefit from subcision & or dermabrasion techniques
Lasers may be useful in some scars

These look like post-chickenpox scars (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation with few early pitted scars). This is common after chickenpox and usually improves gradually over time.
Next Steps
• Start a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 50) daily – very important to prevent darkening
• Keep skin well moisturized
Helpful Tips / Word of Caution:
• Do not expect very fast results – improvement takes 2–3 months
• Avoid picking or touching scars
• For deeper scars, creams alone may not be enough – procedures like microneedling/laser/PRP may be needed later
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
There are two types of scars. Pigmented scars which can be reduced by skin lightening creams and depressed scars which may require treatment options like laser, subcision etc.
Hello,
Based on your history and images, these appear to be post-chickenpox scars, including both atrophic (depressed) and slightly raised scars.
This is quite common after chickenpox, and the good news is that they can be improved significantly with proper treatment.
