Need assistance regarding body fitness
My Blood Pressure readings today : Sys 129 mmHg Dia 62 mmHg Pulse 84 bpm .. averages around 90 sometimes even go to 100 Height : 165 cm. Weight : 80kg Age 22 , Male Please suggest some ways so that I can be fit and healthy and is there any need to go for a doctor check up [ due to the heart readings ]
