Blood pressure Readings.
Iam using anti hyper tension drug olmezest h20,
Iam taking blood pressure by automated bp monitor at home. Always my first reading is higher than later readings due to anxiety and excitement
Second reading is lower than first, Third reading is lower than second reading. Which reading should be considered?
For ex:
1 reading 135/85
2 reading 120/78
3 reading 115/75
4 reading 115/74.
Pls suggest.
