I have cervical and lumber both spondalytits about 30 years. I don't carry any load in hand because my head is spinning and neck started paining. But yesterday suddenly when I am laying down then I just move my head to adjust pillow but that time my head started spinning like all world are moving. Before laying down I don't have any spinning problem and no pain in neck. Is my head spinning cause of spondalytits??? Or something else!
