Kindly find attached herewith my Mom's report. Her blood sugar (F)- 88, and (PP)-111. Urine report; pus cells-3-4 , albumin- + + +. Blood test- creatinine-3.9,urea-82, uric acid- 7.2 , Hb- 7.7.Pls guide!
