Need advice
I am undergoing treatment for unexplained infertility. This month dr adviced me IUI. From day 3-7 I was prescribed clomiphene citrate. On 8th day of the cycle my follicular measurement was 19 mm. After which I was prescribed HCG inj 10,000 IU. On 10 th day follicular scan showed impending rupture after which dr again prescribed me HCG 5000 IU. On the same day I was artificially inseminated. But 12 th day follicular scan showed 23mm & 28 mm cystic follicle in both ovaries respectively. Dr told me that follicles have not ruptured. But there was 20 mm follicle in right ovary. She again prescribed me some injection which was administered in thigh & told me to try naturally on 1 13th day & to come for scan on 14 th day. Can you advice me why follicle has not ruptured even after HCG administration. What could be the possible treatment that should be followed. My FSH level are a bit high 9.2 & tsh levels are 4.5. Rest all reports are normal( laparoscopy as well as blood test)
