Infertility treatment
We are trying for baby from last 1 years but no success. Recently done counseling and test... my wife all reports are normal. But in my semen analysis, sperm count is NIL. Further blood test on male: HbA1C- Glycated Haemoglobin (HPLC) - 5.7 Thyroid is normal FSH - Follicle Stimulating Hormone (Serum,ECLIA) - 47.21 LH-Leutinising Hormone (Serum,ECLIA) - 27.70 Prolactin (Serum,ECLIA) - 7.14 Testosterone (Total)(Serum,ECLIA) - 158.00 Remaining all reports are normal. What I can do now... what's the treatment plan. Which specialist I would consult.

You have to consult a general surgeon as other investigations may be required.. and the treatment plan will depend on the underlying cause .
