Need advice for IVF treatment. Month.

Hi Doctor My self swamy 37 years, software professional, we are trying for baby since 2 years but no luck..8 months back we started treatment for IVF but unfortunately before embroy transfer our first cycle was failed, reason not good quality follicles and poor sperm..after that we took break and we planning to go back for 2nd cycle and recent I tested DNA fragmentation with semen analysis( intial semen analysis was very poor not even 1 million due liquification issue) attached reports for your reference. Pls check and advise, how good report is for ivf treatment and how can I improve my sperm quality naturally or through medication. Or should I go for TESA to get good quality sperm. As you can see my reports, count and motality also very low.. need to improve my fertility before end of May as we got 2nd cycle chart in that month .
