Need a suggestion on multivitamins
I worry that I'm not having required nutrition from the food I'm having now. Is it advisable to take multi vitamin tablets? I'm already taking COD liver oil and antioxidant capsules. Can i take multivit along with that? If so, how long can i take this? If i take for prolonged time, will there be any harmful effects?
