I am dignosed with pcos recently.. My weight is 54kg &height 5ft6" .i want a diet plan to balance my hormone. Reducing the risk of pcos. Please suggest

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Due to pcod avoid certain vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, spinach, beetroot, cauliflower, sprouts, radish etc, Follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Follow healthy routine to maintain your weight and hormone. Avoid Milk and Soya products. If you want you can have milk only twice in a week. Include hibiscus tea twice in a day on regular basis.
