You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
Hi
Weight loss journey should be a through a healthy balanced diet.whenever we do a weight loss with fad diet(very low calorie diet or nutrient deficient diet) weight loss plateau comes very fast and it also bounces back.
I m telling you above as I don't know what kind of diet u followed as its always 70% diet n 30% exercise.
So you should contact a dietician for a personalised diet plan according to ur age, medical problem and height.
As a general you require calorie limited, high protein diet for weight loss. Also calcium and Iron rich diet being a thyroid patient.
For consultation with me u can directly take appointment at practo.
