Take Chandanaasav/ Sarasaparilla syrup two tsf thrice a day. Eat plenty  of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs every night. Walk exercise yoga to keep urself fit and fine.
