I have a stiff neck from 7 weeks, feel like neck is not free for movement. There is no tenderness around the neck area and do not have any tingling/pain in arms.
When i lift the neck fully up, i feel some kind of pressure on my thoracic spine between shoulder blades.
Xray report says straightening of Cspine and paraspinal muscle spasm.
There is pain when i try to work on laptop/phone, the pain originates inthe shoulders near the neck, finding it difficult to work at office, what to do next
