I am having pain behind neck and between shoulder, it's like stiffness and painful. While swallowing something then also feeling pain in behind neck area. What is the reason? Please help me

This pain may be due to muscular strain involving lower neck and upper back muscles..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally.. You can start Physiotherapy- Local US, SWD if possible...
