Hi team, i am suffering with mild disc buldge at l5/s1 recently. Going to physio and it is in control for now with once a day in week pain.
Now, from last one month neck also getting pain due to stiffness around my edge of neck and shoulder. Its irritating and disturbing sleep and work.
Contacted physio for this, due to no serious symptoms of pain doctor told its just stiffness nothing to worry.
But i dont understand why my pain is not going after physio and should i consider going for xray ??

Take frequent Breaks at work
After physiotherapy exercises of spine must.
Do regular stretching and strength exercises.
Posture corrections must.
Avoid heavy weight and toward bending.
Hi.. considering ur description of symptoms it seems ur entire spine has become weak, u need to do
Whole spine strengthening n flexibility exercises
Adopt proper posturing during work n movements
Have plenty of fluids n supplements like vitamin b12 etc..

visit a good physiotherapist for supervised physiotherapy for atleast 3 weeks
You should take proper postural care, pain may be due to work related, so you should take rest, to cure PIVD in needs time, regular basis physiotherapy, mainly extension or rotational biased exercise depending on the position of bulging. Initially you should X ray , and should excluded other diseases like A.S etc.... After that if you have no AS , then go for inial pain medication along with physiotherapy in regular manner...
