What type of dizziness is it - light headed/floating or spinning? How long does the episode last? In your x-ray, I can see that there’s loss of cervical spine lordosis which is associated with inflammation around the nerves of the neck region. The most likely diagnosis for neck pain + dizziness is cervicogenic dizziness. There are no established causes yet but one reason could be the proprioreceptors of the neck not relaying properly to the balance receptors of the brain due to inflammation & swelling the area.
Next Steps
-Hot pack -Take medicines to reduce pain, swelling and muscle spasm. -Physiotherapy for spasm relief and strengthening of neck muscles - Avoid forward bending and heavy weight lifting. - Avoid driving
Health Tips
Maintain good posture alignment. Consult if you want details of the medicines, Physiotherapy modalities and home exercises which can reduce this,
