Since morning after waking up I have pain in my neck whenever I m trying to turn my head to left or looking down and pain is also present in left shoulder and left side back .what can I do

Kindly do hot water bag fomentation for 20 min thrice per day.

And do gentel movement of neck .
Avoid prolong neck bending while doing work.

Overuse of left upper hand and neck while doing domestic work and use of gadgets. The muscles have got irritated and stiff. Give rest, avoid gadgets completely, and keep on moving the shoulder and neck within the pain-free range.
