  4. Neck spasms and pain. Suggest medicine.

Neck spasms and pain
I get neck spasms frequently and post which pain in neck, hands and lower portion of back head is there. i had did mri but report was normal . It suggested degenrative chnages aka cervical spondlytis. kindky suggest y i get this spasms and suggest medicine .

Need regular neck muscles strengthening exercises along with proper posture, low pillow & pain killers (for temporary relief as required by pain.)
