Neck sides pain,some times feels shiver

Asked for Female, 29 Years

First I was suffering from tonsilis,after visiting doctor I'm ok with tonsilis now,have Gerd with cough.then neck sides pains me more,used enzoheal tablet and cefpodoxime Gudcef-cv209 tablets some ,also used alegra -m tablet used furamist nasal spray as ent suspected gerd probelm as post nasal drip,again I consulted to gastrologist,right now using razol l tablet and normaxin RT tablet.but now I want to say is still pain in the neck sides doctors are telling that will subsides on its own it's almost 1 month done used algebra-m fexofinadine enzoheal,, again back with pain ,exactly to which doctor I shud consult can suggest me pls,otherwise any doctor pls suggest some medicine ,below this report
