Thank you for asking! Motherhood can be a period of intense hardships including physical and mental strain. With an increasing work-load and child care, lack of postpartum care can create such physical complications. You can start practicing yoga along with resorting to Ayurveda to ease out the tension in your muscles. You can opt for Dr. Vaidya's Sandhivati, Nirgundi Oil or Rumox for your pain relief and flexibility if used with regular yoga sessions!
