I have neck fatigue and pain from past two months Sometimes the pain is in left side of neck and sometimes right... And both hand go numb while sleeping but only ring finger and small finger of both hand... Help... what it is..? Help i beg

Hello Neck pain with numbness is fingers is a sign of disc disease in ur neck. Do u have pain travelling down from neck to Ur hands. Have u done any investigations.

avoid neck bending and weight lifting. investigate before taking unecessary painkillers

For a neck pain take analgesic with muscle relaxant for few days.  Numbness in those two fingers is bcoz of pressure on ulnar nerve while.  Correct ur posture or rather elbow position while sleeping.  Or use elbow dog cushion to avoid nerve compression.
