Neck pain too much from last 15 days
I am facing tooo much neck and pain going down from neck to hand and no pain killer work in starting now slowly slowly getting relief upto 10-15 % till now almost 15 days gone., whats showing in xray and what is the treatment for this ?? i am already taking phyiso - tense + ultrasonic only for now due to spasm on neck. i just want to want whats showing in X ray is there any serious issue ? and what trament i can take for this..!!

Hello, in addition to the current treatment, you can try a cervical traction therapy for 7 days continuously, and follow up with your primary physician. Cervical traction therapy helps albeit conventional in cases where pain is non relieving and is additional therapy.

There iş straightening of cervical spine suggestive of spasm in neck muscle. Avoid physiotherapy other than stretching exercises
