My wife has been suffering from Neck pain since last year. She was diagnosed with Cervical Spondolysis and was advised to go for Physiotheraphy. She underwent Ultrasound, IFT and neck exercises for a month and she recovered from the pain. She didn't get pain for the next six months. But, now for the last one week, she has very severe pain in the neck. I'd like to knw which way of treatment is preferable for her.
Attached: MRI cervical spine report. Also please let us know if this report mean a severe condition.

This is not serious one. Common problem. Physio will help. Continue with neck muscle strengthening exercises even after this episode settles- if she stops it chances of recurring. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
