I have neck pain in back side.it has increased after sleeping.on the left hand side of the neck. Please help me out.already applied moov

Hi..Gm.., it seems ur neck went in spasm because of inappropriate posture n weakness of neck n upper back muscles

Avoid thick pillow and start doing neck isometrics. Use Hot Pack. Follow work related ergonomics and visit to the physiotherapist

Did you strain your neck? Do you use a computer for long hours? Please use a small pillow. Try some neck stretches. You haven’t specified for how long you have had pain?
