Neck pain Past 2 days
I have been suffering from Neck pain for past 2 days. This happened after night's sleep. I may have slept in a wrong position. The pain has not stopped and I am not able to freely move my neck properly.

As you are a desktop user you have a tendency to develop neck pain . Please do neck strengthening exercises and also do some stretches .

Pls visit a good physiotherapist,ask for trapezus stretch and ssf Later they may give you IFT and U.S 3 days later start doing some excersice

It is a muscular spasm..  Nothing to worry
Next Steps
visit a physiotherapist near by.  till than u can just stretch your muscles and do ice pack.

do not try make your neck more stiff that will worsen your spasm.  keep on moving your neck in available range.

Hi.., don't worry.. visit an experienced physiotherapist , Take Surge Faradic stimulation or IFT Also do supervised neck strengthening exercises Learn n strictly follow postural advice
