Neck pain on the left side
I am having severe neck pain whenever I wake up in the morning and it's specifically on thw left side where the neck and shoulder muscles join. During the day it's okay but when I wake up in the morning it's very painful.

If you have a habit of sleeping on one side with arm under your head then the position leads to stiffness and pain Try and change the habit or place a towel roll between the gap of your ear and shoulder and sleep Consult online for more suggestions on exercises

Hi.., as per ur complaints, it seems ur deep neck muscles have become weak n so is the morning stiffness n pain..
