Neck pain n back pain
Hi, Am having pain in my neck and back since many years. After the pain will increase when I drive car or travel or work in front of system. So usually now I use violin to get rid of the pain . In xray there is no issues . Hence doctor given tablet such vitamins pain killer tablets. Once one ayurvedic doctor told, your head weight is able to hold by neck, hence neck pain, try to be little fat so all these pain will go. Any suggestions or how to get rid of this pain.

From your description, you may be suffering from fibromyalgia. Other causes of back pain (such as arthritis, disc or nerve disease etc will have to be ruled out).
