Care AI Shimmer
The disc space in x ray appears to be normal. Do you have any tingling sensation? Such pains are due to either muscle spasm causing referred pain to shoulder and head or it could be due to facetal joint related pain(small joints in the spine)
Next Steps
you should take muscle relaxants with advice of nearby pain specialist followed by physiotherapy.
Health Tips
do get MRI done if you have weakness in arms and hands or sudden weight loss, night pain
