Your information is not sufficient to rule out disease associated with neck pain. Symptoms you are telling can be cervical spondylitis resulting from arthritis of vertebral joints that cause strain to your paraspinal muscles . Disturbance of balancing organs present in internal ear causes vertigo and giddiness. For this you can take muscle relaxant along with pain killer, antaacids with or without neutropic drug if symptoms available otherwise not needed . Physiotherapy will also help to you
