Neck Pain and Pain in Back of the Head

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Ive been having neck pain for a week now. And my doctor gave me skeletal muscle relaxant, pain reliever. There is still stiffness in my neck and the back of my head sometimes hurts. I had my xray of my neck and it said that my c2-c3 are narrowing and there is straightening of my cervical lordosis. What could be my case? Thanks

If pain is not responding to regular anelgesics and muscle relaxants, then there could be something deeper inside, like a disc bulge or something pressing on the nerve. An MRI of the Spine will clarify the issue. If pain is persistent then consult a Neurospine specialist.
