Neck pains have become very prevalent due to increased work from home culture and high screen times. Let’s have a detailed discussion on her problems over a video consult and that will help me generate an online prescription as well. Meanwhile ask her to avoid forward bending of neck and avoid pillow while sleeping/lying down. Best Regards Dr. Rahul Grover Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon

Bilateral nerve compression in the cervical spine (C5 to C7) can cause pain, numbness, and weakness in the arms and hands. It is important to follow up with a doctor or spine specialist to discuss treatment options, which may include physical therapy, medications, or in severe cases, surgery. The severity of the compression and symptoms experienced can help determine the best course of action. It is important to address this issue promptly to prevent any further damage or worsening of symptoms.
