Hi.. im 34yrs old. I get neck pain n shoulder pain.. when.I get this my back head starts to pain.. im worried about this.. I need medical advice

Neck and shoulder pain is commonly caused by bad sleeping posture, muscle spasm. Sometimes it can be due to nerve compression. Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest. If pain still persists then consult a Neurospine specialist.
