I injured my neck 4 days ago doing backwards roll, today i have numb arm and when i move my head i get shooting pains dowen mu arm , what should i do next?

Just put on a cervical collar, get the MRI of cervical done, and revert back. In the meantime, take Etorix TH 1tab twice daily, cap Pregabalin 1 cap od Avoid pillows...dont flex or move your neck..it wl add to your injury
