I woke up today early morning feeling tingling and numbness in my left palm and fingers. The numbness lasted for a few minutes after that I felt ok. The tingling sensation was mild after that and I could feel it from below the shoulder where our arm starts from, like when we sleep on side, the starting of arm would touch there. I could feel the tingling very mildly even after one and half hours.
When I had woken up, I also felt like acidity and anxiety as to will I have heart attack or something but when I checked on BP monitor and oximeter, the BP was 126/76 and pulse rate 63, Oxygen level 98. Please advise.

Your symptoms of left hand tingling paresthesia seem to suggest a transient compression of nerve at pressure point. This usually disappears without any deficit. If it doesn't or recurs visit Neurologist in-person.
As far as your symptoms of heartburn is concerned, better to get evaluated.
Next Steps
Visit nearest doctor to rule out any cardiac issues for the second complaint.
Health Tips
Watch for any additional symptoms of paresthesia at any other locations, which are not pressure related or persistent paresthesia or any weakness of any body part. In that case, consult a Neurologist for further work ups.
