  4. Neck in pain. So plz solve the problem!

My moom few day one problem she is no eat the food and no drink water she drink water so pain in neck and the all repot is clear and no infection no tharied .. Few docter chek and seen all report so said that .. your moom is all right .. but pain not gone ... So plz solve the problem
