Jumping on a trampoline and landed on my neck. The impact caused a hyper extension of the neck. T was sore but not too bad after the injury. Now a few days later the injury persists when I extend my head forward and it when I pull it back. Are there any good pt exercises that I can do to resolve this problem over a few week period and will neck strengthening exercises and cold and heat packs resolve it? Thanks for any help
