Neck hyperextension
Doing simple jumps on trampoline and attempted a back flip.. landed on head and popped neck. Was fine after the injury but felt sad if I had hyperextended the muscles in my neck. The pain went away for a day and now comes off and on when I extend my head forward. The pain also comes from my neck when it goes backwards. Will regular neck exercises and strengthening solve this problem over the course of a couple weeks? Any advice and help would be appreciated.
