Neck, hand and back pain
My mother is suffering from back pain , neck and hand also. On the suggection of a PHYSICION docter L/S MRI test was done for her. Following details are show in test. 1. Osteophytes with desiccation noted at multiple level. 2. Hemangioma/ fatty marrow noted at L2 and L3 vertebral bodies. 3. Type II modic end late changes notedcat L1,L3 and L4 vertebral bodies. 4. Posterior centeral and both foraminal disc protusion at L4/5 level causing compression over the bilateral exiting nerve roots. IMPRESSION:- DEGENERATIVE CHANGES WITH DISC BULGES AT L4/5 LEVEL. Pregeb M 75 mg, Zerodol-MR, Ultracet . These 3 medicine are givien by them.. but not any benifite or relief are noted here in my mother condition . Please suggest me first that what are the main reason of this type of pain and what is the solution of this pain. Can i change my docter. Please suggest me.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. as per medications this is enough.  ask her to daily back exercise. the degree  of the disc protrusions decide management. send me your  mother mri
