I got skin so dark on neck and chin only from past 8,9years.please give me best suggestion for permanent solution I used home ramadies but it's not working and 2r3oilments also I used that creams melanen,bright creams this also not worked on my skin when I used cream it will work otherwise it will become so dark . it's a my skin problem.
