Neck bruises

I have these bruises on my neck. They appeared when I woke up and my body was itching when I woke. My partner insists they are hickeys but they aren't. Could you possibly tell what they are just to keep her at peace? The bruises are gone now but there are still some red marks from scratching. Itching has transferred to my arms and legs. Nothing too crazy though. I am guessing it's just an allergic reaction but I could be wrong.
