Neck and shoulder pain when drinking

I've experienced it almost every time I drink, I haven't been out much in the past year because of this. Whenever I drink alcohol (not usually with wine just ever so slightly) I get an excruciating pain in my shoulders and my lower back. It's very discomforting and I can barely move, I don't get any type of rash or hives but I am usually sick the next day. The pain is like a tense feeling like someone is pushing down on my shoulders and In my lower bacm
