  4. Neck and shoulder pain. It any serious?

I had spine tb at D4 and D5 and it got cured by taking one year treatment now I have neck pain.. in my scan reports it says osteophytic changes are seen in cervical vertebrae and dessicative changes are seen in cervical C IV is it any serious??
