I've got a stiff neck since many days. Can you please suggest an ointment to release those muscles around my neck? Note: I'm 6 weeks pregnancy so please suggest something that's safe to use. Thank you.

Hi stiff neck wont get relief by analgesic creams consult nearby physiotherapist they will examine and suggest some stretching exercises with physical therapy if needed

Apply some hot water bath is best because no side affects and do free rotation movements to neck and shoulder
