Hi, I'm a mother of 8 months old and 4 years old children. I get pain starting from the right hip to right side buttocks and leg if I sleep with a pillow. If I don't sleep with a pillow I get neck pain I'm not able to move my neck up or down. What should I do?

You may have lumbar radiculopathy. U need clinical examination & after that appropriate MRI
