My dada g ageing 82 years suffers from fever and post fever he got pain starting from neck and travelling to back..He has very intense pain..Also doctor suggested him to take ultracet medicine..Please suggest what to do

Hello. At 82 it is likely that his pain is due to degenerative arthritis in spine (neck to lumbar area). Bed rest makes it worse and movement with physio is the key. Painkillers can be taken as required. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS Consultant Hand & Orthopaedic Surgeon dr-MV.com
