Hi Doctor,
I have pain In the neck. Excatly 3 figures top from where are spine starts. Movement of Neck is Down proper But watching Up is Painfull. Head and Neck Feel Heavy Not Normal at all. Is the Pain in the Neck or lower brain is a Question and Worry. its 3rd day of Pain.I jog and Workout daily.

This is happening because of more than tolerable use of gadgets and working in forward bend position. Your front neck muscles have become tight and the back muscles have become stretched and fatigued. Reduce your use of gadgets, do slow neck range of movement exercises and take some medicine for pain.
