Navratan yogamrit tablets for 3yrs old
My daughter is 3yrs old and she can't swallow tablets, can I give Navratan Yogamrit tablets crushed and mixed with honey. I tried giving it with milk but it didn't work, it doesn't get disolved and she finds it very difficult to drink with milk... so can I give it with honey for better immunity

Maximum of the child at this age are not able to swallow the tablets. Yes you can give its powder mixed with honey.for better immunity i would suggest swarnaprashan to your daughter.
