Nausea, vomiting, stomach ache, fever

Asked for Male, 19 Years

Problem is not mine, it's my friend's. He has fever, vomiting, nausea, stomach ache and he thinks all of this are happening because of cold. He had suffered from this problem 4-5 times. Now i'm not sure if it's really because of cold...or the problem is for another reason.
