Nausea/ vertigo/ migraine/body tremors

Asked for Female, 29 Years

In the past 2 weeks i have been having bouts of nausea, though no actual vomiting, vertigo, dizziness, migrainey type headaches, body tremors and loss of concentration. Sometimes when i look in the mirror i look yellow/ green I have been on pristiq for 4 years (200mg tapered down slowly to 50) and i am concerned perhaps my body is being poisoned? This is absolutely not normal for me in any way shape or from and am increasingly concerned at the body tremors
