Nausea for 4 days
Hi I've been having diarrhea for the past 4 days and every time I eat, I have to run to the bathroom with an upset stomach. I don't have a fever and my hands and feet are freezing! also im very dizzy. Help please! thanks

Hello
It seems that you have acute gastroenteritis which is infection in the gut. You also seems to be loosing too much of water and nutrients through motions causing you to be dizzy and chilly.
You will require proper checkup fluid and antibiotics for your recovery.
Next Steps
You should start taking as much as fluid as possible and should start a antibiotic for your infection. You can easily get ORS tertapacks from any pharmacy for you to drink. you can also try having some curd along with khichdi in the meanwhile. Get yourself checked by a physician.
